救助儿童会青少年职业教育项目调研顾问

一、职位描述

救助儿童会城市青少年发展项目，旨在提升上海、广州两地弱势青少年群体的就业能力，并建立青少年就业与发展所需的支持性环境，从而提升青年就业质量。根据不同行业对青年从业者职业素养的具体要求，面向中职学校青少年、校外流动青年开展职业软技能培训。同时，通过改善现有职业指导与就业链接服务，提升青年群体的职业认知与职业定位，拓展青少年的职业选择。

现因以上项目工作需要，计划招募一位调研技术顾问顾问，于2017年12月-2018年1月为青少年职业教育项目提供调研能力建设培训提供顾问服务，并直接汇报给救助儿童会中国项目项目官员。

二、主要职责

l  在2017年救助儿童会开展的职业咨询概况调研、青少年职业咨询需求调研和劳动力市场调研中，为调研人员开展调研工具使用、调研技术、数据录入要求等培训；

l  对调研数据指标体系与问卷设计，及调研过程中提供技术指导。

三、任职条件

l  在相关领域工作5年以上，尤其在带领儿童参与的活动领域有丰富的理论和实践经验。

l  过去三年有实施关于职业咨询和劳动力市场等方面调研的经验。

l  能遵守救助儿童会的各项规章制度，如儿童保护条款等。
