TITLE:  HRIS Specialist (3 months contractor)

TEAM/PROGRAMME: HR&Admin&IT

LOCATION: Beijing, China

GRADE: N/A

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months

POST STATUS: National

CHILD SAFEGUARDING:

Level 3:  the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Save the Children China Program will be roll out new HRIS system(Oracle) at the end of Y2019, this role mainly to work together with Senior HR Officer and global HRIS project team on prepareation works of all stages until system go live. There are some HR daily works in under this role’s respossbility, such as P-file and labor contract management, handle on-board and exit procedure, ER and Ding Ding system maintence.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Reports to: Senior HR Officer

Staff reporting to this post: No

Budget Responsibilities: No

Role Dimensions: work with China Program HR team and Global HRIS Project Team,  communicate with all staff

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

·         Prepare HR data and documents as required and provide support on data migration.

·         Working closely with Country Project lead on User Acceptance Test (UAT).

·          Arrange HR ORACLE end user training session, liaise with Field office manager and field office champions and provide support if required.

·         Acting as HR ORACLE Champion in CO and as main contact person for field office champions for any questions and request .

·         Supporting CO project lead to follow the process of Post go Live support and do complete preparation of BAU

·         Leading on transfer knowledge after Go live to HR team and champions as part of handover.

·         In charge of China Program P-file and labor contract management, include handle labor contract renewal process.

·         Handle China Program on-board and exit procedure.

·         Reposible to ER and Ding Ding system maintence and update to make sure China Program meet the KPI.

UALIFICATIONS 

·         Certificate of Bachelor degree or above.

·         English certificate.

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential:

·         1-3 years work experience in HR-related field, preferably in HRIS and SSC.

·         Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Proficient in computer and MS office.

·         Strong logic ideation, working carefully and good data statistical&analysis ability.

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality where appropriate.

·         Good personal organisational skills, including time management, and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

·         Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.

Desirable

            ·         Fimilar with Chinese law relating to employment and basic Human Resources Management knowledge.
