救助儿童会是全球领先的、独立的儿童公益机构，1919年成立于英国。目前全球有25000余名员工在117个国家开展工作。20世纪80年代，救助儿童会进入中国，开始在安徽、云南、西藏开展项目。2013年6月，救助儿童会成为在中国民政部注册的24 家境外基金会代表处之一。2017年，依法注册成为境外非政府组织在华代表机构，代表处设立在北京，在中国12个省、自治区和直辖市开展儿童教育、健康、保护、减贫、减灾救灾和儿童权利倡导等工作。在过去的一年中救助儿童会在全球通过项目、宣传倡导以及与伙伴机构的合作直接惠及3870 万儿童（其中 50.3% 女童，49.7% 男童）和2910万成年人。

工作时间：每周3-5个全天（工作日）， 9:00-12:00，13:00-17:00
工作地点：北京市朝阳区
具体工作职责
Working with Communication and Engagement Team, you’ll have the chance to express yourself and influence more people. You’re expected to contribute creative ideas to our communications work and attract public attention to child development.
You’ll assist the Communication and Engagement Team to:
Content Creation: Develop compelling and original communication products, such as social media articles, videos, newsletters, and annual reports. Tailor content to engage various audiences effectively.
Content Management: Regularly and promptly update content on SC’s social media platforms (Weibo, WeChat, Douyin) and website, ensuring all information aligns with established procedures and guidelines.
Engagement and Interaction: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster a supportive and informative environment.

The job duties and responsibilities as set out above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties within reasonableness of their level of skills and experience, including adjustment on the job description.
职位要求
Undergraduate/Postgraduate student in Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Familiar with social media and have a deep understanding of its strategy, user and content. Experience with social media accounts (WeChat official account, Weibo, Douyin etc.) management will be an asset.
Possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose compelling content in Chinese.
Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team.
Good command of Xiumi, Canva, and video filming/editing is an asset.
