该项目计划于 2026 年聘请一位专业顾问，为“我支持我的朋友”儿童朋辈支持小组提供技术指导。鉴于项目 2026 年在南沙区的工作计划，在南沙区现有的儿童服务网络基础上，提供更多以儿童心理健康为重点的社区预防服务。“我支持我的朋友”旨在让儿童成为能够积极倾听同伴需求并在能力范围内提供心理支持的支持者。经过专业培训后，南沙区已有一批有能力且愿意开展“我支持我的朋友”小组活动的引导师。在该顾问的支持下，这些引导师将能够更有效地开展小组活动，并为南沙区的儿童保护工作贡献他们的经验。
The project plans to recruit a professional consultant in 2026 to provide technical advice on the "I Support My Friend" children's peer support group. Due to the project's work plan in Nansha District in 2026, it is expected to provide more community preventive services focused on children's mental health based on the existing children's service networks in Nansha District. "I Support My Friend" aims to enable children to become supporters who can actively listen to their peers' needs and provide psychological support within their capabilities. After the ToT training, there is already a group of facilitators in Nansha who are capable and willing to conduct "I Support My Friend" groups. With the support of this consultant, these facilitators will be able to carry out group activities more effectively and contribute their experiences to child protection work in Nansha.
Consultant Tasks顾问工作内容
工作期间为2026年1-12月期间，项目顾问需要完成以下工作内容：
1、支持“我支持我的朋友”儿童小组活动及活动培训方案的本土化改进，并带领1次“我支持我的朋友”儿童小组引导师的ToT培训
·有针对性地结合项目点所在地的儿童和家庭实际需求，改进“我支持我的朋友” 儿童小组活动及活动培训方案的本土化
2、针对“我支持我的朋友”儿童小组活动进行线上与线下的督导与服务示范
·为“我支持我的朋友”儿童小组活动提供定期督导与服务示范，包括线上的开始会议、线上的定期跟进、线上的复盘总结以及线下的实地督导。
1. Improve activities and ToT for ‘ISMF’(I support my friend) child peer support group and organising one ToT
-Targetedly develop activities and ToT for ‘ISMF’ child group, taking into account the actual needs of children and families in the project sites, and organise 1 ToT.
2. Provide online and offline supervision and service demonstration for ‘ISMF’ child peer support group.
-Provide regular supervision and service demonstration for ‘ISMF’child group, including online meeting, online communication, review meeting and offline monitoring.

Qualifications and experience：资质和能力要求：
1. 教育资质：
• 社会科学、儿童权利、教育、发展、心理或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。
2. 专业技能：
•在设计儿童相关活动内容和儿童倡导方面有超过10年的项目经验
• 具备开发儿童友好型工具、培训及儿童保护系统的实践能力。
• 出色的协作引导能力，拥有在不同环境下直接与儿童工作的经验。
• 熟练运用英语和普通话（能使用两种语言撰写技术文件）
• 恪守儿童保护原则与道德参与理念；尊重和理解救助儿童会以儿童权力为本的项目目标、价值观和工作准则。
