儿童生命早期是一个充满希望和快速发展的时期，这一时期发育中的大脑最容易受到早期刺激、早期经验和家庭环境的影响。为支持受人口流动影响的0-8岁儿童，包括留守儿童和流动儿童、以及残障儿童能够通过游戏充分发挥他们的潜力，国际救助儿童会（英国）北京代表处（以下称“救助儿童会”）于2023年4月至2026年3月计划在以下四个项目区域：云南省、上海市、贵州省、安徽省、四川省实施为期三年的儿童早期发展项目。
Early Steps to Success (ESS) Phase II Project
The first years of a child’s life are a time of great promise and rapid change, when the developing brain is most open to the influence of relationships, stimulation, and experiences. To support children aged 0-8 affected by population migration, including left-behind children and migrant children, as well as disabled children, could realize their full potential through play, Save the Children plans to implement the 3-year project of Early Steps to Success (ESS) Phase II in the following four project areas from April 2023 to March 2026: Yunnan Province, Shanghai, Guizhou Province, Anhui Province, and Sichuan Province.

Purpose
This consultant will support to develop video series on Parenting to change parents’ concepts, understanding and practice about Early Child Care and Development, ultimately contribute to children’s holistic development to realize their potential.
顾问任务
n 基于0-8岁儿童发展项目需求撰写35集左右家庭养育与教育视频脚本（中英文）；
n 审阅与校对视频拍摄供应商提供的视频素材。
Consultant Tasks
n Draft 35 episodes of parenting video scripts both in Chinese and English based on the project needs;
n Review video footage provided by the video shooting supplier.

顾问专业要求
l 儿童早期发展、学前教育专业背景，高校儿童早期发展或学前教育专业工作者优先；
l 具备丰富的儿童早期发展或学前教育领域工作经验，了解当前家庭教育热点及问题；
l 具备丰富的脚本撰写和视频传播相关工作经验；
l 认同并理解救助儿童会的目标、价值观及原则。
Person Specifications required
l Early Childhood Development/Preschool education background, professors majoring in early childhood development/preschool education preferred;
l Have rich working experience in early childhood development/preschool education, and good knowledge of topics and challenges in parenting;
l Have rich working experience in writing video scripts and use of video media to communicate professional ideas;
l Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.
